In response to the client’s requirement for efficient defense assets data tracking management, We designed and developed defense assets data tracking management software to manage large volume of records.

We proposed a defense asset data tracking system that brings all hardware data into one platform, making it easier to monitor, record, and manage information without switching between systems.
Our team suggested device-level tracking to give clear visibility into assets spread across different locations, helping users track, access, and manage data in real time.
We also built a device configuration platform where multiple devices can run on different settings based on operational needs. A simple and user-friendly interface allows users to assign, update, and manage detailed configuration combinations easily, giving better control, flexibility, and consistency in how devices operate.
Business analysts and Team leads conducted various meetings for accurate information gathering.
Once all the information was gathered, a detailed scope document was prepared for the project and approved by the client.
For effective proof of concept, a wireframe of the project was made. Our designers were allocated tasks to create user-centric UI for web applications.
Based on the UI design, a web application for users was developed for the project. Once the web application was developed, it was tested by a team of QA experts.
After the successful completion of testing and fixing all the bugs, the project was deployed to the server.

Users can log in securely with their email address and password.
Various filters were introduced to help admin and users find their relevant information easily from the platform.
Admin can create a master library and it can consist of a set of Emitter, Platforms, and Association between them and can manage and visualize the data received from the hardware system and search for them accurately with various filters.
Admin can add a new user, assign a role to the user, remove from a specific role, and delete the user from the system.
Admin can bulk import and export the platform records in/from the system. Admin has to select a JSON file which consists of platform(s) and web UI will handle the rest of the process of creating/importing or exporting the data.
