Our esteemed Australia-based client had the objective of developing workforce management software for the mining and healthcare industries. The platform aimed to streamline various tasks, such as employee onboarding, project assignments, and data management, which were previously handled manually.

We suggested building a Mining Workforce Management System to bring all workforce operations into one place,from onboarding and skill tracking to project assignments and daily task management
Our team proposed a Mining Data Management System to organize and manage all critical data, including employee records, certificates, licenses, and project details in a structured and secure way
We thought of introducing a Super-Admin Web Panel that gives complete control over the platform managing industries (users), internal processes, and defining required certificates and licenses for workers, along with access and system configurations
Our team of project managers and business analysts conducted several briefing sessions with the client to understand their requirements in detail.
Based on these briefing sessions, we documented every minute detail and prepared a detailed scope document that served as a blueprint for the project.
To help the client envision the end solution and its capabilities, we created various mining workforce management’s wireframes with engaging user interfaces and shared them with the client.
