Welcoming the WordPress Ahmedabad Community to Zealous System

At Zealous System, we value opportunities to share what we are building and learn from people working on similar challenges. Welcoming the WordPress Ahmedabad community to our office gave us a chance to do both.

On 26 September 2026, more than 100 attendees joined us for the community meetup. As the venue partner, we were pleased to host a morning of discussions on scaling WordPress and applying AI to blogging workflows.

Sharing our AI work with the community

Foram Patel and Rudrika Vayda from our team demonstrated the AI blogging automation agent we developed internally. The demo followed a clear workflow, beginning with a content brief and ending with a post ready for human review inside WordPress.

1. Define the brief with a title, target keyword, and search intent.
2. Generate the article and accompanying images.
3. Prepare the content as a post in WordPress.
4. Review the draft before publication.

For us, the most useful takeaway was the connection between those stages. It showed how AI can support a publishing workflow while keeping editorial review part of the process. The draft still needs to be checked for accuracy, relevance, and brand voice.

Sharing this with the community also gave our team an opportunity to explain the thinking behind the agent and discuss a use case people could relate to.

What we took away about scaling WordPress

Ronak Ganatra’s session, “Scaling WordPress: Lessons from High-Traffic Enterprise Platforms,” focused on how seemingly small query decisions can create performance bottlenecks as a website grows.

A useful way to summarise the approach is:

1. Identify the queries creating bottlenecks.
2. Optimise the work those queries perform.
3. Cache results that can be reused.
4. Monitor performance as demand changes.

Our takeaway was to treat performance as an ongoing engineering responsibility. A website’s behaviour under growing demand deserves attention before slow queries begin affecting the people using it.

For business teams, this gives a more specific discussion to have with their developers: where does the site spend its time, and how are those bottlenecks being addressed?

Supporting the community around us

Hosting the meetup was a way for us to support Ahmedabad’s technology community and make room for these exchanges. The questions and ideas from attendees gave us perspectives beyond our own projects.
